More About Jack.....

I'm back! There have been a lot of changes since I posted last.

• Jack is almost 6 1/2 months old! At his 6 month appointment he weighed 19 lbs 13 oz, and was 28.25 in. tall.

• He is now going to daycare twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Yesterday was his second day. Cindy, the daycare lady, said he did very well! He wasn't fussy, took two naps without a pacifier, and loved watching the other kids play.
•  We put Jack to sleep on his back, but he almost always rolls over onto his tummy with his butt in the air.

Fast Asleep

•  He chews on almost everything he can get to his mouth with his two little bottom teeth. Most things he gets ahold of go straight to his mouth.

•  He is also chewing on food these days. We started feeding him solids (that are still very runny) when he turned 6 months old. So far he has tried rice cerial, bananas, carrots, sweet potatoes and chicken. I think his favorite is sweet potatoes.

Yummy

•  Jack can play in front of the mirror for a long time! I think he recognizes his reflection.

• We started using pampers cruisers, size 3, for diapers. He is constantly moving all over the place, and these diapers work best so far!
